Hello managers, I am here again to share a match and the result and I used to win the 4-1-4-1 formation.
I was already using the 4-2-2-2 formation Hexagon and then I was looking at "Counter Formations Table" in order to find a formation, and then it was 4-2-2-2 Hexagon, so I'll show settings I used (the orders).

Passing Style: Mixed
Marking Style: Zonal
Force counterattacks: No
